Fit Meeting:
Time: 60 minutes
Our goal during this meeting is to have an opportunity to get to know you and for you to get to know us. You will meet with one or both of our Personal CFO’s, Gloria R. Franz, CFP® and/or Nila L. Tatum, ChFC® we will discuss:
- Your top financial concerns.
- Our process and philosophy.
- Are we a good fit for each other?

Data Gathering:
Create Wealth Management Website
When: 1-2 weeks after Fit Meeting
Using instructional videos, we will introduce you to your personal financial website through the eMoney wealth management dashboard. In-person or virtual training will be provided as needed.
- Linking your financial accounts.
- Uploading the required documents.
- Categorize your spending.
Goals and Facts:
Time: 60 minutes
When: 2-3 weeks after Data Gathering
Together we will review the information we have received and re-confirm your goals. This meeting will take place after all requested documents and clarifying questions have been received:
- Cash Flow – How much is coming in and going out? What is left over at the end of each month (if anything)?
- Net Worth – Are any accounts missing? Does the value of everything look right?
- Major Purchases – Are they identified? Any potential new goals to add?
- Legacy – What is this all for and what is your desired legacy? What kind of impact(s) would you like to make?
- Risk Assessment – Our Riskalyze assessment will give us a sense of your investment expectations and allow us to compare them to your existing investments.
Team Strategy:
When: 1-2 weeks after Goals and Facts
Our team will begin the process of developing your plan, based upon your unique situation. Our team Gloria, Nila, Amber, Kathleen, Megan and Alisa will collaborate to develop an action plan of next steps to get your financial plan working towards your goals.
Present Your Financial Plan:
Time: 60-90 minutes
When: 1-2 weeks after Goals and Facts
We will present the financial plan(s) and action items created specifically for you. The major outcome will be to prioritize the items that should be completed in the next 12 months. We will discuss your next steps and guide you toward a manageable plan. You’ve taken the step of creating a plan, now it is time to execute. We will schedule the next meeting.
The plan will be uploaded to the VAULT and a hard copy binder can be provided upon request.
Action Plan Progress (3 months):
Time: 30-60 minutes
When: 3 months after receiving your plan

- Any major changes in your mind since our last appointment?

- Are there any professionals we need to introduce you to? (tax planning, estate planning)

When: 3 months after receiving your plan and ongoing as needed
